Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Maxx Business Solutions provides detailed product descriptions, free demos, and a 14-day trial for its software.

It is assumed that users have reviewed the product, requested a demo, or used the trial and are satisfied with the product quality before purchase.

Based on this, all software is non-refundable.

However, we will review refund requests in case of dissatisfaction within 7 days of purchase.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund

Every customer is important to us. If a client is dissatisfied with the product despite following the terms and conditions, we will follow a dispute resolution process.

Users must provide genuine feedback regarding any issues or gaps they face with the product.

After review, refund requests will be considered based on the provided reasons.
If a refund is approved, you must relinquish ownership of your license to qualify.

 

3. Processing of Refunds

Refunds, once approved, will be processed and issued within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

 

4. Changes to Policy

Maxx Business Solutions may amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Users are requested to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of MaxxERP products after amendments implies acceptance of the updated policy.
