1. License & Usage

MaxxERP Cloud Application: Access is provided by Maxx Business Solutions via subscription. Licenses are non-transferable and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

MaxxERP Desktop Application: Licenses for the desktop application are issued by Maxx Business Solutions as single-user or multi-user licenses, depending on your plan. Licenses are non-transferable.

Restrictions: Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, reselling, or otherwise exploiting MaxxERP software without the prior written consent of Maxx Business Solutions.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription billing cycles, auto-renewal, and accepted payment methods

Late payment or non-payment may lead to suspension of services

All payments to be made in INR (or applicable currency) at prevailing rates

3. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds available as per Refund & Cancellation Policy (see separate page)

Cancellation can be requested via email

4. Intellectual Property

All MaxxERP software, modules, and content are the intellectual property of Maxx Business Solutions.

No copying, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution is permitted without explicit written consent from Maxx Business Solutions.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

Maxx Business Solutions provides MaxxERP “as-is”; no warranty for uptime beyond SLA for cloud users

Maxx Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

6. Termination

Maxx Business Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to MaxxERP for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Users may terminate their subscription at any time, following refund rules

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
